A Texas-rigged worm thrown on the main lake proved to be the hot ticket in the 2nd event of the FWBass series, as Team Oswald posted its second victory in as many tournaments. Team members
Torrie Oswald and John Nooyen weighed an impressive 23-pounds and 8-ounces over 6-bass from Medicine Lake. The weight was 7-pounds over the 2nd place team of Muilenburg and Agrimson.
This is the second win posted by Oswald and Nooyen in the FWBass series, winning the first event of the season on Lake Waconia. There, tough post-spawn conditions proved difficult for all anglers, but Team Oswald found itself at the top of the leader board overtaking the field by 2-pounds.
The next FWBass event is scheduled for July 14th at 10:00am on Big Marine in Washington County. For information regarding FWBass, contact bob_wood@fishwrench.com or visit the Fishwrench forums at http://www.fishwrench.com/tactics.
